2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account under a single verified identity. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account termination without notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. v12my will not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence. You must notify v12my immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved. All submitted documents must be accurate and valid. v12my reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for security or compliance purposes.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
V12my users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purposes of money laundering or circumventing betting limits.
- Manipulating games, bets, or transactions through technical means or collusion with other users.
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account.
- Publishing or distributing content that is defamatory, threatening, or in violation of Malaysian law.
V12my reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the v12my platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, and local e-wallet options listed during the deposit process.
Processed deposits cannot be cancelled. v12my is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or network disruptions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change in line with current policies.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same account holder's name. v12my reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals if fraud is suspected, the account has not been fully verified, or a transaction is under investigation. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their own wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly before the applicable wagering requirements have been met. v12my reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
V12my provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control that could affect service availability. v12my is not liable for any financial losses or missed opportunities resulting from such disruptions.
In no event shall v12my's total liability to any user exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made. v12my shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Account Suspension and Closure
V12my reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for legitimate user-side reasons, any valid remaining balance will be returned once the investigation is complete. v12my's decision regarding account closure is final.
6. Intellectual Property, Amendments, and Governing Law
All content on the v12my platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and code — is the exclusive property of v12my and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from v12my.
